This doesn't mean that the United States Post Office is suddenly going to deliver packages from us, to you, at no cost, it simply means that the cost to ship orders of personalized pencil is incorporated into the price, with upgrades to faster delivery through USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express delivery still available as an option.
